By creating an account or using TurtFolio, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies.

You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. The final minimum age should be confirmed for the operating jurisdiction.

Provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for how you use outputs from the service.

TurtFolio organizes values and records supplied by users. It does not verify account balances or market values.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful content, or use TurtFolio to harm others.

No paid subscription is currently offered. Terms will be updated before paid plans are introduced.

A future Pro plan may include additional features or limits. No Pro entitlement or price exists today.

TurtFolio does not currently process subscription payments. Future billing terms will be shown before purchase.

Any future refund rules will be disclosed before paid subscriptions launch. See the Refund Policy.

No referral program is currently active. Future program participation will be subject to separate Referral Terms.

No points, rewards, or free months are currently awarded.

TurtFolio, its design, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain rights in information they submit.

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

Access may be restricted to protect the service, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

Accounts may be terminated for material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Users may delete their account from Settings. Linked financial records are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

TurtFolio is provided on an as-available basis. Calculations depend on information users enter and may contain errors or delays.

TurtFolio is a wealth-tracking and financial organization tool. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

Any limitation must comply with applicable law. Final liability language requires review by counsel for the operating entity.

Features may be added, changed, or removed as TurtFolio develops.

Updated Terms will show a revised effective date, and material changes may receive additional notice.
