This policy explains how TurtFolio handles information when you use the wealth-tracking service.

We collect information you provide, records you create in the product, and limited technical information needed to operate the service.

This may include your email address, display name, authentication records, and account preferences.

This includes manually entered asset values, liabilities, net worth snapshots, currencies, notes, and categories.

If you record investments as assets, we store the names, categories, values, currencies, and notes you enter. TurtFolio does not currently connect to brokers or retrieve live prices.

We store the financial goal names, target amounts, and active status you provide.

We store transaction type, amount, category, date, and optional notes that you enter.

TurtFolio does not currently operate a referral program. If one is introduced, this policy will be updated before referral information is collected.

TurtFolio does not currently offer paid subscriptions or process payments. Future payment details would be handled by a disclosed payment provider, and this policy would be updated.

The service may process ordinary request, device, browser, and error information needed for security, reliability, and delivery.

TurtFolio uses authentication storage and a local theme preference needed for account sessions and your selected appearance. See the Cookie Policy.

We use information to provide account access, calculate and display your financial summaries, save preferences, support exports, maintain security, and improve service reliability.

We do not sell financial records. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect users, or complete a transaction you request.

Current infrastructure providers support hosting, authentication, database, and application delivery. A final launch version should identify the applicable contracting entities after professional review.

No payment processing is currently implemented. If paid plans launch, payment terms and the relevant processor will be disclosed before purchase.

Account and product records are stored in the managed cloud systems used to operate TurtFolio. Exact business and hosting disclosures should be confirmed before launch.

Information is kept while an account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Specific legal retention requirements, if any, must be confirmed for the operating entity.

We use authentication, per-user database access rules, and server-side controls for sensitive actions. No online service can promise absolute security. See Security Practices.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information.

You can review much of your information in the app and update financial records and settings directly. Contact information for additional requests is listed below.

Signed-in users can permanently delete their account and linked financial data in Settings. Export any records you need first. Deletion cannot be undone.

TurtFolio is not intended for children who cannot legally agree to these terms. The final age threshold must be confirmed for the operating jurisdiction.

Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable transfer safeguards and locations must be confirmed by the operating entity before launch.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date or an appropriate in-product notice.
